COPA is a leading North Wales training provider, offering Jobs Growth Wales+, apprenticeships, skills boot camps, and specialist active leisure courses across Wales and England.
Our JGW+ programme can be tailored to any industry or business – from hospitality and retail to finance and construction, we work with you to ensure both you and the learner are fully supported throughout the work placement.
Through our JGW+ courses in work skills and military awareness, we’ve helped hundreds of young people into employment. Partner with us and make a difference together.

JGW+ is a fully funded training and employment programme that helps young people develop skills and gain work experience. It supports businesses by providing motivated 16-19-year-olds for work placements, with the potential for long-term employment.
We provide full support, including recruitment, tailored training, and ongoing mentorship for both you and the learner. Our team ensures a smooth placement process, so you get the right fit for your business.
No, learners receive a training allowance funded by the programme. There’s no cost to your business unless you choose to offer additional pay or a permanent role after the placement.
