Our learner Dillan McDonald recently completed his Military Preparation course with us and we were proud to celebrate with him at his passing out Parade at the ITC (Infantry Training Centre) in Catterick, North Yorkshire.
Roger Snaith, Tutor at COPA Training tells us about the course and inspiring it is to watch learners achieve success.
Transformation from Learner to Soldier
I was both privileged and immensely proud to be invited to attend the passing out parade of a former learner Dillan McDonald as he celebrated the successful completion of his Phase 1 training at ITC Catterick with the Parachute Regiment. Witnessing his transformation from learner to soldier was truly inspiring.
A Career with the British Army
The parade was a fitting recognition of the hard work, determination, resilience, and commitment he has demonstrated throughout his training. Reaching this milestone is no small achievement, and it reflects the dedication required to meet the high standards expected of the British Army and the Parachute Regiment.
Military Preparation with COPA
Dillan studied our Military Awareness Course – perfect for those who enjoy hands-on learning and are interested in a career in the military. It provides a head start in the application process, offering guidance from military professionals to give you the best possible preparation and experience.
Supporting Learners to Achieve Their Ambitions
As an educator, there is great satisfaction in seeing former learners achieve their ambitions and succeed in challenging environments. To watch them stand proudly on parade, having earned the right to wear their uniform and progress in their military career, was a memorable and rewarding experience.
Learners Can Achieve Anything with Determination
I extend my sincere congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment and wish him every success as he continues his journey in service to our country. Their achievement serves as an inspiration to current and future learners, demonstrating what can be accomplished through perseverance, discipline, and determination.
