This apprenticeship prepares coaches to inspire, develop, and support others across high- performance, community, and school settings. Whether working with athletes on talent pathways, engaging people of all ages in community sport, or supporting pupils’ development in schools, coaches will gain the advanced skills, knowledge, and behaviours to deliver safe, effective, and inclusive programmes that make a lasting impact.
