We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Learner Recognition Scheme start in June! It is aimed at celebrating the accomplishments and successes of all learners. Nominations should be submitted by the 25th of each month!
All learners are eligible to participate in the Learner Recognition Scheme. Recognition will be based on:
- Demonstrating effort and dedication towards learning and development,
- Meeting or exceeding learning objectives and targets,
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards work and colleagues,
- Achieving notable successes or milestones within their programme.
The process for the scheme is as follows: The trainer/Assessor/mentor of each apprentice or trainee will submit learner nominations for recognition each month using the Learner Recognition Scheme – Nomination Form.
Nominations will be reviewed by the Quality Manager, and selected learners will be informed of their recognition by the end of the month through the company newsletter. Each recognised learner will receive a certificate and a £50 Amazon voucher.
Winners of the monthly Learner Recognition Scheme will have the opportunity to compete in the annual company and/or Consortium awards event, adding an extra layer of recognition and celebration for their outstanding achievements.
The Learner Recognition Scheme aims to highlight the accomplishments of our learners and inspire them to strive for excellence. By recognising and rewarding exceptional performance, we aim to cultivate a culture of learning and development within our organisation.
