In April we celebrated our 40th birthday. This was a significant moment in our company’s history. From humble beginnings, offering courses and qualifications in North Wales, we’ve expanded our provision and our horizons. We now offer a range of apprenticeships, employability opportunities and qualifications across Wales and England. In the last forty years, we’ve been proud of the support we’ve offered to thousands of learners and employers.
We love being able to support people wherever they are on their learning journeys – whether that be early in careers through apprenticeships to short courses as part of continuing development and career development.
As we look forward to a new chapter in our history, we felt it was a good time for us to bring together our provision under one brand. Going forward all our provision will adopt our COPA brand. As the Welsh for summit, we believe COPA works well in the learning sector – one which is all about helping people achieve their career and learning goals. If you’re not already familiar with COPA, this is the brand we’ve used for a while in England and recently adopted across our active leisure provision. This recent change for our active leisure provision has been well received by learners and employers alike.
Beyond making changes to how things look and how we refer to ourselves, our relationship with you won’t change. We’re simply making a change to our branding. Our registered company name, contractual arrangements, the team and our commitments to you remain the same.
We look forward to continuing our work together as we embrace the COPA brand more broadly.
