Guided by Excellence: Natasha’s Triumph in Training

While balancing part-time work, running her own hairdressing business, and raising two children, Natasha Bleese signed up to a Level 3 Personal Training apprenticeship with COPA. With a passion for learning and the incredible guidance of her tutor, Darrell, she successfully completed the course, proving that the right support makes all the difference.

The Value of Practical Learning

“Hands-on learning was the most engaging part of the course. I enjoyed practical training days and appreciated working alongside my co-worker, combining their academic knowledge with my practical skills to help support each other.

I found the one-to-one sessions incredibly valuable. They helped me retain information more effectively and provided a clearer understanding through practical demonstrations. I also benefited from group discussions, as engaging with others enhanced my learning experience.”

Exceptional Tutor Support

“Darrell my tutor was amazing. He helped me learn visually, found ways to help me retain information, and was pretty much available 24/7. He went above and beyond – providing YouTube links, WhatsApp support, and creative teaching methods to ensure I understood the material. Without his support, I wouldn’t have been able to continue under the pressure.

Even after receiving my grades, Darrell helped me identify areas where I could strengthen my knowledge. He made me believe I could be an amazing personal trainer, and now I truly do.”

Looking to The Future

“I would absolutely recommend COPA, especially with Darrell as a tutor. There were moments I wanted to give up, but he made me believe I was capable. Without that level of support, my journey could have been very different.

Now that I’ve completed my qualification, I hope to support mental health through physical activity. I’m interested in pursuing a wellness course to enhance my career and aim to build a community wellness program to help those in need.”

We’d like to send a massive congratulations to Natasha for successfully completing her course with us and to Darrell for being an inspiring role model to all tutors.
